The Uni Pin Fine Line markers feature a lovely writing tip and an ultra smooth flow of waterproof, fade proof Pigment ink.
These beautiful Pigma Pens are what we use to do our tracing of our Embroidery designs onto fabric with.
They work perfectly on Cottons, Linens, Homespuns etc and are one of my favourite tools to use with my Patchwork & Embroideries.
I stock them in -
01mm (a lovely fine line) and
03mm (a slightly wider line)... but still fine enough for your embroidery threads to cover. (I usually recommend this size if you have trouble seeing etc) .
These are the two sizes we use to do the tracing of our embroideries with.
Note - 05mm is a thicker line and is generally used when writing your Quilt Labels. It is generally NOT recommended for trying to cover with your hand embroidery stitches.
The Colours I stock are -
Sepia - My personal favourite. A lovely sepia brown colour... easy to cover with your embroidery threads. Also looks good for drawing faces etc on fabric.
Great for doll faces, bear noses etc. Perfect as they are archival quality and do not bleed.👏👏
Black - A true black. Easiest to see if you have trouble with seeing your embroideries. This Pigma still covers over with your embroidery threads...
And
Light Grey - useful for fine stitchers who love using really soft colours. This is a NEW SOFT TONE that has been added to the range recently.

**Generally, if you have good eyesight, I would recommend starting with the fine 01 Sepia Pigma Pen.
Don't forget your other items such as Beautiful Background Fabric, our gorgeous Linens for embroidering on, Pigma Pen, and Weaveline (a beautiful iron-on stabiliser for behind your embroideries).

As well as the beautiful 'country' look of Valdani Perle 8 & some 12 weight Threads too. The Valdani's give that lovely muted 'country look' to your embroideries... as they do not have the Lustre and shine that the others do. They look particularly good teamed with our warm, textural Linens to embroider on.
