Refund policy
All prices quoted on this website are in AUD.
If your product is eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at everythingcountry@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I always want you to be happy with your order, but please note, there can be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on Books, Patterns, Fabric, Kits, Precuts etc due to the nature of Copyright Laws. This also applies to all Special Orders. Thank you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to copyright laws there will be no refunds or exchanges given on books, patterns, pamphlets or anything of that nature including no refunds on all cut fabrics and kits.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges/Refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us, seek approval to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the product is approved for exchange (ie if it has found to be faulty). If approved, you will automatically receive or be sent your item of exchange. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the exchanged item to you.
