AUSTRALIA WIDE 

Orders 0 up to $59.99 ship regular mail for $11.00  (or  Express $15.00)

Orders from $60.00 up to $99.99 ship regular mail for $13.00  (or  Express $18.00)

Orders from $100.00 up to $199.99 ship regular mail for $16.00  (or  Express $22.00)

**Australian orders of $200.00 and over ship for FREE! 

NOTE: Free Shipping excludes bulky or heavy items. Thank you. 

Shipping charges will apply if your cart does include a bulky or heavy item. *(I will get in contact with you PRIOR to processing your order -  IF your cart does include a heavier item that makes it exceed the advised postage rate). Thank you. 

 

Orders are shipped from country New South Wales,  Australia using Australia Post... and as such do not have any overnight services. (We operate from a small country town that has a small country Post Office that still closes for its lunchtime break). 

Express Post options are available at the checkout... however please bare in mind your parcels are still being posted from our same small country town. (It usually takes atleast an extra day or 2 longer than stated on Australia Posts business site).  

***Please note I am a small business (1 woman doing the LOT!!!).

EVERYTHING IS DONE BY ME. Please bare this in mind when placing your orders - as all fabrics are cut to order...(unless specifically specified otherwise). Thank you.

***One of the huge bonus's for you, is that I individually choose and cut every single order placed. This is excellent in that you get exactly what you asked for,...however please bare in mind this can also take longer. ..as I cut every single piece of fabric at the time you order it. This usually applies for all individual cuts too. ***As you will appreciate this can take a great deal of time. (Let alone the number of orders that may be ahead of you in the cutting line). 

I always aim to do the very best I can, with individual attention given to each order...however please note this often means some delays in actually getting to your order. ALL ORDERS ARE ATTENDED TO IN THE ORDER THAT THEY CAME IN.

Australia Post states -

  • Deliveries are usually within 4-14 business days - but not guaranteed.
  • Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will generally aim to be shipped within four business days...after the holiday.
  • My aim is to always collate and post your item by the 4th business day if possible, however please note during busier times or after the heavier demand of Orders from a Quilt Show etc... this timetable will increase in line with the backlog of orders taken at that time.. 
  • When ordering individually cut KITS, items etc that are being selected and cut,  the individual cutting & collating time usually takes longer. *(I do everything here, manually... by hand, by myself,  so please allow time for your individual kits to be cut and get to you). I assure you, the results are always worth the effort when you have a kit beautifully cut for you. 
  • I will always aim to do things in the best time frame that I can,  but please remember it "may" take up to a week for the individual attention that goes into every individual kit that I do. (Times the number of orders that may be in the system before yours...)

*My items are NOT mass produced and the time it takes to do each individual KIT, reflects that.  (The bonus of purchasing (or receiving),  a beautiful, individually cut kit... just for you. 

  • Please note,  during sale events/global pandemics/ floods or other major weather events and storms that are outside my control... this may not always be possible. (May each year is particularly notorious for floods around this area).

Please keep an eye on my Socials and the 'top' of my Website. I will ALWAYS update and advise if I am experiencing longer than usual shipping delays due to sickness, a build-up or backlog of Orders... or a major weather event impacting our area at that time...

* Please note, due to the US Governments new Import Tarriff Regulations, "YOU" (the customer) MUST PAY the US Importers Tariff Charge & US Handling Fee  PRIOR to importing Parcels into the US. These fees will be calculated once the cost of goods being purchased is known. 

***IF you would like a quote on the Import Tariff cost & the US Handling Fee that will apply to the goods you are purchasing - PRIOR to putting them in the website... Please put them in your CART, FILL IN ALL YOUR DETAILS (including correct name & address details)... and then contact me - to request a quote on the Import Tariff & Handling Fee that applies to all (physical) goods being sent into the US. **These fees need to be paid at the point of purchase/checkout... to ensure your goods go through US Customs correctly. 

* Otherwise, you can place items in the checkout, and continue through to payment ... and I will contact YOU to advise the amount of payment due to cover the Importers Tarrif Surcharge & the US Handling Fee... I am happy to ship international orders  (and now do so - particularly to USA, Canada, New Zealand and the UK on a regular basis).

Please contact me BEFORE FINALISING YOUR PURCHASE for specific information, but as a general guide, I can advise the following International rates do generally apply:-

USA & CANADA SHIPPING

  • Orders weighing under 500gms  cost $34 AUD shipping. (Select Tier 1 International)
  • (I do try and aim for 'most' kits to fall just under the 500grams)... to make it very good value for you to buy.  

* Orders weighing 500gm to 1 kg cost $43 AUD  shipping. (Please select Tier 2 International from the Shipping Menu).

  • Orders weighing 1.01kg to 1.49kg $69 AUD 
  • And a Box Rate is $120 AUD (up to 5kg).

Generally, most orders tend to fall within the Tier 1 Level if you have ordered 1 quilt kit...and in the Tier 2 level if you order 2 quilt kits etc.

If however,  you only order 1 or 2 'lightweight' patterns... often the shipping weight 'may' fall under a much lighter <200grams. If this is the case, your pattern can usually be sent at a cheaper rate... and I will refund you any significant overcharge of the shipping paid.

***If you have ordered something of significantly less weight, ie 1 pattern or our beautiful Weaveline Stabiliser that goes under all of our beautiful embroideries, or the beautifully fine Straw Milliners Needles used for our Needleturn and English Paper Piecing etc is done with (ie our exceptional quality products that are of much lesser weight,...<200grams, I will refund you any significant overcharge of shipping paid. 

I always look at the possible options to make it all viable for you... with Registered Tracking included. 

If you are unsure of which shipping rate applies,  please just ask... and I can get the information (& a quote for you). 

*Once you know what is in the CART I am able to give a guide as to whether those items would fall at Shipping Weight 1, 2  etc.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

  • Orders weighing under 500 grams cost $29 AUD (with Registered Tracking to your home address).
  • Large Satchel up to 2 kg $39 AUD
  • Box up to 5kg $70 AUD

*If you are only ordering 1 or 2 'normal weight' patterns... often the shipping weight 'may' fall under a much lighter 250grams. If this is the case, your pattern can be sent at a cheaper rate... and I will refund you any significant overcharge of the shipping paid. (From previous experience, I have been able to issue an $8AUD refund back to the customer because 1 pattern fell under the 250gms). This generally applies to 1 pattern or our beautiful Weaveline Stabiliser used behind our embroideries.

BANGLADESH - We DO NOT ship to Bangladesh. Customs restrictions in your country forbid us from sending any material or fabric to Bangladesh.

Please do not send me any further enquiries from this area. (Present Civil unrest, a high rate of scams originating from here... and  Customs FORBIDS  us from sending any fabric to your area!! 

 

CUSTOMS:

Any customs/taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package is delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.

TAX: Sometimes there are duties, taxes or fees due depending on what country you live in. Check your customs regulations. If you are in the UK & European countries, you may need to pay VAT or other taxes that are not included in our prices.

If you are in the United States you will be aware that your present government has set a new law that 'we' must charge/ collect an Import Tariff Surcharge and a US Handling Fee (on behalf of the US Govt.) at checkout. These need to be paid PRIOR to goods purchased entering US Customs.
