Crushed Walnut Shells by Hatched and Patched.
These bags of ground walnut shells are available in bags of approximately 2 cups worth. The ground walnut shells are highly suited for using in our pincushions, for keeping the needles sharp, and the natural 'oil' in the nutshell helps keep rust at bay... and they are a naturally weighted product to assist with keeping your pincushions weighted down (when in use - to pull the pins out).
This is a fine grade material and highly suitable for our pincushions. (I have them in many of my own pincushions... as well as in most of the Hatched and Patched pincushion samples I have made).
An Excellent aid for when you live near the beach too.
