These are my absolute favourite brand of Spring Tension Embroidery Hoops to use with all of my embroideries.

*IF you're only looking for 1 HOOP to do the lot, I would highly recommend purchasing the PINK 5" SPRING HOOP as the one to definitely have in your bag of supplies. (This is my personal favourite hoop, as it holds the Tension of your embroidery 'drum tight' ... and can simply be repositioned to whatever area of your design you are up to embroidering on next.
So easy to use, with excellent tension hold.
**I also use and recommend the smaller 3" sized BROWN embroidery hoop too ... for being able to embroider your smaller designs, and get in closer to your heavier knot areas etc too.
Both are brilliant and very easy to use.
To use:
Simply squeeze the bars on the inner ring to take it out of the outer hoop layer, Lay your fabric over the outer hoop, squeeze the inner ring and gently re-set it back inside the outer hoop layer. It holds the fabric lovely and tight.
